“Due to Nick’s long experience as a physio and his specific knowledge in the rehabilitation of lower limb injuries, this was essential to help me as a learner and develop new skills. In addition, he always shared information with me using evidence-based support… I highly recommend Nick to those who work within sport and lower limb injuries prevention and rehabilitation.”

João Matos. Academy Physiotherapist, Portugese Rugby Union, Portugal.

As a young practitioner, having the opportunity to learn from Nick in a one-to-one setting has been instrumental for my practice and progress. I get first-hand advice for my practice and professional development along with further article/reading recommendations. From someone as experienced and conscientious as Nick, this has been an absolutely priceless experience for me. I can’t express how significant of an impact having someone else help you to reflect and learn from your own experiences can have, especially from someone like Nick. Antifragile describes how things can gain from disorder, how we can benefit from stressors. Nick has been paramount in helping me take what is fragile in my practice and personal development to a more antifragile state. If you seek guidance and accountability, and are serious about improving your practice as a clinician/trainer so you can take it to the next level, I highly recommend you consider Nick as someone who can help you get there

Lawrence Fenton, Sport Rehabilitator, Combat Sports Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist, Rolls and Rehab, United Kingdom

I cannot recommend the Momentum mentoring with Nick enough. He was highly professional, diligent, and supportive throughout. I started with Nick after my final year of my MSc, having monthly sessions to help with clinical reasoning and assessment skills. These sessions truly helped me gain confidence in progressing straight into MSK private practice. During our sessions together, Nick introduced me to learning strategies and reflection practices that I have been able to implement into my weekly and monthly routines to continue with learning and development. I owe Nick a lot for inspiring and helping me always to try to level up and strive to become the most competent physiotherapist I can be. I already have ambitions to continue with one of Nick’s other mentorship levels in the near future

Samuel Harry, Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist, The Forge Clinic, United Kingdom.

Nick was a major resource for me to make sense of the different approaches and methods to rehabilitate and train the human body. He is quick to call out when some approaches make sense and have scientific support and others do not. Combining hard science with newer philosophies and his many years of clinical experience made him a strong mentor for me. I really resonated with his style of mentoring and the way he discusses and explains things. I recommend Nick highly to help put the pieces of the human puzzle together and help someone move forwards quickly with their learning, understanding, and career

Arvid Michaelis, Medical Fitness Trainer, AM Fitness Training and Performance, Germany.

“Nick has become a mentor for me in the performance training field and helped me break into strength and conditioning with the tactical athlete. Nick’s valuable insight from his own research and work with the military has helped me bridge the gap in my own training philosophy so that I can transition from training elite collegiate athletes to training elite tactical athletes. Most recently, I requested Nick’s expertise for work I was doing on soldiers’ resiliency and safety during parachute landings and airborne operations. Nick helped me with a framework for the work via email and a Skype call. After our conversation, I was able to take Nick’s guidance and put actionable strategies in place to use in my training programs and other work. Nick’s advice has greatly helped me in my work”

Travis Pelletier, Tactical Performance Specialist, EXOS, United States.

Here’s how the mentoring process works:

All sessions are led by you according to your own specific needs, desires, and the topics you want to focus on. Mentoring is a two-way, collaborative process that is discussion- and discovery-based and occurs at your own pace. Fluid-learning and focused-learning systems are strategically combined to better amplify your results. Both virtual and face-to-face sessions are available depending on your location. All sessions are supportive, empowering, and 100% confidential.

For the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Tiers, you must first apply for one of the limited places. If you’re accepted, you’ll then undertake some pre-session guided preparation so that we can best design your professional development and personal growth curriculum together. You’ll also be guided using cutting-edge technologies and systems for the best structuring of learning, practice, and reflective activities. As you attend each session, you’ll experience a step-by-step immersive and accumulating learning journey that leads to rapid and substantial professional growth and personal development.
